“Sin Limites” has as its mission to strengthen Youth within cultural values so that they can develop as active leaders, participating in the transformation of a healthy and positive generation.  Through sessions that are focused on important topics, recreational and educational activities and competitive challenges, this program helps Youth develop their own self-esteem and leadership skills and helps strengthen their personal and familial relationships.

The Youth work in teams during the year where they are presented with challenges that must be handled as a team which is a very important component because they practice their leadership skills and other personal strengths.
The “Sin Limites” activities include a Youth Camping Trip, visit to educational institutions like Arizona State University (ASU, community service, etc.
                                    20 new Youth graduate after being together for eight months in by-weekly
                                    sessions and completing various activities such as a visit to ASU campus,
                                    the Art fest of Scottsdale, a camping trip to Payson and presenting a special
                                    Conference for parents.  Through this graduation we celebrate and
                                    recognize these youth who were able to acquire and put into practice their
                                    leadership abilities to make the difference in our community.
                                    The Organization is very proud of this group and its coordinators.  At this
                                    event of graduation Michael Laurean was recognized for “Exemplary
                                    Enthusiasm” and Cecilia Mendoza for “Exemplary Leadership.”  Without a doubt this year was the best year of Sin Limites, the Youth were exceptional and we know that next year will be even better since most of our Youth will remain in the program as mentors for the next group!
      CONGRATULATIONS TO ALL OF THEM!
Requirements are:

1) Youth can have an unofficial guardian attend the orientation to be able to participate in SL, but only for Youth who have participated in the TEP program previously.  A special form must be signed by parents.

2) If participants have previously only participated 2 years, they may participate for a 3rd year.  If they have already participated 3 years, they are not eligible.

3) Youth whose parents have participated in the TEP program any year are eligible to participate in Sin Limites.
