Privacy

Use of Information:
This Organizations is participating in a national assessment to measure the effectiveness of this course and to see the importance of the community’s initiatives to strengthen marriages. As a part of the evaluation we will share only the responses from the questionnaires but will not give out names.

Confidentiality
To ensure confidentiality (privacy) of your Participants and Volunteers, our surveys have no information to identify them except a digital code. The results of this survey will be used to create a report in the future that may be used for reports and publications, however, your identity is not revealed. There are two exceptions to this promise of confidentiality. Revealed information about suicide, homicide, or abuse/neglect of a child by law must be reported to the appropriate authorities. Also, if any information in this study were subject to a court order or injunction, Creciendo Unidos/Growing Together may not be able to avoid having to comply with that legal requirement. Such circumstances are extremely unusual.
Furthermore, we tried to avoid highly sensitive questions because we want you to feel free to respond to all questions. However, if there are any questions you prefer not to answer, feel free not to do so. But, however we ask that you understand that your feedback is very valuable when completed.

Voluntary Participation:
Creciendo Unidos/Growing Together is an organization that provides courses, information and prevention programs for the community. Creciendo Unidos/Growing Together services are informational and not intended to replace any treatment or counseling, psychological needs, psychiatric or medical.
